Do I need to make an appointment?

For Express and Deluxe Washes, appointments are not required, but recommended during peak hours. For Premium Detailing services, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure we can accommodate your vehicle and provide the attention to detail it deserves.

Are your services safe for all types of vehicles?

Yes, our washing techniques and products are safe for all vehicle types, including luxury cars, classic vehicles, and those with special paint finishes. We use pH-neutral products and microfiber materials that are gentle on surfaces while still providing effective cleaning.

What's included in the Premium Detail service?

Our Premium Detail service includes thorough exterior washing, clay bar treatment to remove contaminants, high-grade carnauba wax application, interior deep cleaning including carpet and upholstery shampooing, leather conditioning, dashboard and trim restoration, and tire/wheel detailing. We also clean all interior surfaces, vents, and crevices for a complete refresh.

How often should I get my car washed?

For optimal maintenance, we recommend washing your vehicle every 1-2 weeks, especially if it's regularly exposed to harsh elements like sea air, industrial fallout, or tree sap. Full detailing is beneficial every 3-6 months to maintain your vehicle's appearance and protect its surfaces from environmental damage.

Can you remove scratches from my car?

We can address minor surface scratches and swirl marks with our polishing techniques. For deeper scratches that have penetrated the clear coat or paint, we offer paint correction services that can significantly improve their appearance, though very deep scratches might require professional repainting, which we can advise you on.

Our Crystal Coat Sealant typically provides 3-6 months of protection under normal conditions. The duration depends on factors like exposure to environmental elements, how often the vehicle is washed, and whether it's kept garaged. For optimal protection, we recommend reapplication twice a year.

Can I purchase the same products you use in your car wash?

Yes, we offer a retail line of the same professional-grade products we use in our services. These are available for purchase at our location or through our website. We also provide guidance on how to properly use these products for the best results at home.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, EFTPOS, and cash payments. For corporate clients, we can also arrange invoicing with approved credit terms. We also offer contactless payment options for your convenience.

Do you offer any membership or loyalty programs?

Yes, we offer a Wash Club membership that provides discounted rates on our services. Members receive one free wash for every six paid washes and exclusive access to seasonal promotions. We also have corporate packages for businesses with multiple vehicles.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling for standard services, and 48 hours for Premium Detail appointments. Late cancellations may incur a fee for premium services.
