3. Services Description

Storecreative provides car washing, detailing, and related automotive cleaning services at our physical location in Auckland, New Zealand. Our website provides information about our services, products, and allows for online booking and inquiries.

4. User Accounts and Bookings

When making bookings or creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Service Appointments

• Appointments may be made online, by phone, or in person.
• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of standard services.
• For Premium Detail appointments, we request 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee for premium services.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, EFTPOS, and cash payments.
• Corporate clients may arrange invoicing with approved credit terms.
• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.

7. User Conduct

While using our website or services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

13. Vehicle Condition and Damage

While we take utmost care when handling your vehicle, Storecreative is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage not noted before service.
• Damage that occurs as a result of pre-existing conditions (e.g., fragile paint, prior improper repairs).
• Personal items left in the vehicle.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Storecreative, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Zealand.
